Since we moved the New Albany studio to The Kula Center, we've heard many of you say you wanted to spend the night, or just move in. Since that's really not possible, how about the next best thing? YOGA NIDRA!

Yoga nidra, the “yogic sleep”, is that magical state of mind between being awake and falling asleep. Kim Hannan, RYT will lead you to a completely relaxed state - mentally and physically. 

We'll start with a few gentle stretches to prepare your body for stillness. Then, you’ll only use your powers of hearing as you’re guided through calmness and mental clarity, and you’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. 

For this practice, bring any pillows, blankets, or warm layers, as you’ll spend the entire hour lying on your back (after the brief stretching).
