Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Chair Yoga is for people
- with limited range of motion
- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)
- who need assistance balancing
- beginning to introduce exercise
- who are new to yoga
Monday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 1, class will be seated, and standing only.
Thursday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 2, class will include seated and standing, as well as floor work.
