Yoga for Runners Workshop


Treat yourself to learning some self-care during your training season!

Just in time for the Louisville Triple Crown of Running, we invite you to join Danielle Corley and Kim Hannan, both RYTs with a passion for running, for this two-hour workshop to focus on yoga postures and strategies that will specifically target runners’ needs.

We’ll review some common challenges runners face, and we’ll explore a yoga asana practice that’s an effective option for cross-training. Participants will also leave with recommendations for warm-ups and cool-downs to be used on running days.

All experience levels welcome! If this is your first race, 100th race, or your passion lies in neighborhood walks, you’ll learn some yoga practices to integrate into your life on the road.

Investment: $40; save $5 if you provide confirmation of your registration to any of the 2017 Louisville Triple Crown races: Anthem 5K Fitness Classic, Rodes City Run 10K or Papa John’s 10 Miler.
