Learn some of the most common issues with chaturanga dandasana and safe and effective ways to correct these common misalignments.
We'll end the afternoon with an asana practice of deeply relaxing and restorative postures for your tired shoulders, arms and chest.
This workshop is designed to help students safely practice chaturanga, and provide beneficial information for teachers. Teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance can earn 2.5 contact hours toward their continuing education requirement.
