Level 1 classes - These classes are perfect for beginners, or for those who prefer a more gentle touch to their yoga practice. Level one classes will offer plenty of variations and modifications to suit your needs. Only mild inversions will be practiced in level one classes.
Level 1/2 classes - These mixed level classes are beginner friendly, but will be more rigorous and include more "advanced" postures than the level one classes.
Level 2 classes - We recommend that you've been practicing asana for several months and feel comfortable with making your own modifications before attending a level two class. All level two classes are vinyasa style classes, and can be quite rigorous. Due to the flowing nature of these classes, not a lot of time will be spent on alignment or modifications and it is suggested that you have a strong, regular practice before attending a level two class. Arm balances and inversions will be taught in these classes.
