Join us on this six week journey through yoga practices, meditation, breathing techniques and self care education to gain the tools to lift yourself up when you are feeling down or anxious. 

 

Over our 6 Sundays together you will learn different meditation techniques, breathing exercises, yoga postures and self care methods to help ground and soothe you. You will gain the tools necessary to take control over your depression and anxiety.

 

Brittany (Bree) RYT 200 has had depression and anxiety since childhood, and over the years had tried all the medications on the market, all leading to various adverse effects. 6 years ago she rediscovered yoga, and through dedication to a yogic lifestyle and daily self care practices she has gone from multiple debilitating anxiety attacks per week, to less than a handful per year, and is here to share the tools she has learned with you.
