Chair Yoga - 5 Week Series


Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Chair Yoga is for people

- with limited range of motion

- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)

- who need assistance balancing

- beginning to introduce exercise

- who are new to yoga

Join Laura for this 5 week series, on Mondays from 1:30-2:30, starting June 4th, and lasting until Monday July 2nd. Pre-registration is required.
