Back to School: Mini-Mindfulness Retreats

Back to School means more stress for our children and teens. But, with movement, mindfulness, rest, and proper nutrition it doesn't have to.

In this series of mini-retreats children and teens will develop tools to support them throughout their school year! We will focus on yoga and meditation to relieve stress and aid in helping young people get a good nights rest, and discuss proper nutrition to fuel their growing brains and bodies.

ELEMENTARY (GRADES 1-4) - Friday, Aug. 24 6:00pm - 8:00pm

MIDDLE SCHOOL (GRADES 5-8) - Saturday, Aug 25 10:00am - 12:30pm

HIGH SCHOOL (GRADES 9-12) Saturday, Aug 25 2:00pm - 4:30pm

Investment: $40 for first child, $25 for each additional child in family (PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY)
